The 19th HOTELEX 2010 was held on 29 March to 1 April in Shanghai, China. HOTELEX is one of the biggest events in the food and hotel hospitality industry to take place in China. It attracted 751 exhibitors from 19 countries and approximately 41,227 attendees who visited the show.
Williams were very delighted to participate in HOTELEX again this year. Williams had its first launch of the Roll-in Blast Chiller made in Williams China factory which further show the production capability of Williams China factory. To cater the higher standard of front of house design, Williams presented the black colour stainless steel counter refrigerators which give the inspiration to the market how to blend the interior design with the functional refrigeration.
Besides Williams Refrigeration, our sister company, Eloma was also presented in HOTELEX. Eloma's application chef demonstrated different cuisines, especially the Chinese cuisine with the application of Eloma combi steamer. The visitors were excited to see the traditional Chinese cuisine can be cooked with the Eloma Combi Steamer, and not a cooking range.
